How do I get my license information after purchase?

Overview: Canvas GFX works with Fastspring for our online order. Fastspring is an authorized reseller of Canvas software who provides links to installers and our license keys.  

Applies To: Canvas X Geo, Canvas X Draw (mac and windows)


Steps To Locate Information on your Order for billing updates and more:

1. New purchases can be made through the 'buy now' links on the website, or on our storefront for all available products and plans: https://canvasgfx.onfastspring.com/
2. Locating your order data: https://canvasgfx.onfastspring.com/account
3. Once an order is complete you will recieve an installer and a license key for your purchased product.
** If you currently have an active subscription purchased previously through our previous online vendor (mycommerce), we ask that you log in to FastSpring and update your payment information ahead of your next renewal date: https://canvasgfx.onfastspring.com/account
 
Bank statements will show as "FS* VectorXDraw or Vector GFX" for new subscriptions with Vector GFX.
