Canvas Message: "The entered License Key is not valid. Please check your license key"
Overview: License keys are specific to its version. For instance: If you install Canvas X and try to use a key from an earlier version (e.g. Canvas X 2019), the following message will appear:

Steps To Resolve:
- Delete any old installers from your desktop. This prevents confusion as the installer name my look similar to other versions.
- Uninstall Canvas X from your computer:
Uninstall Canvas X on Win
Uninstall Canvas X on Mac - Log into your User Portal. In the "My Apps" section, locate the version you wish to install. The license key and download link for that version will be listed.
- Download the correcct version, open the installer and follow the screens.
- After installation is complete, run Canvas X.
- You will be prompted to input your Account email, password and then License key.
- Once successful, you will receive a message that your copy is active.
