What do I do if my license key does not work?

Overview: There are two types of licenses: Subscription and Perpetual Licenses 

Applies To: Canvas X, Canvas X Geo, Canvas X Draw

Steps To Perform:
1. Verify that you have the correct license key for the appropriate product version. License keys are specific to their versions.
2. Copy and paste the license instead of typing in manually.

If you are still unable to apply the license, please visit our Vector GFX Support page to create a ticket. This is the most efficient way to assist you.
