Will my Subscription automatically renew?

Overview:

When you purchase through the shopping cart, auto renewal is set on by default, or you can change to 'manual renew' at checkout. You will receive reminder emails 5 days before it expires and will be automatically renewed at the end of your period (monthly or annual). The charge will be made on the same bank card you used for your original purchase. You will receive an Auto-Renew confirmation email upon successful renewal.

** If you currently have an active subscription purchased previously through our previous online vendor (mycommerce), log in to FastSpring and update your payment information ahead of your next renewal date: https://canvasgfx.onfastspring.com/account, or purchase a new term through the Fastspring store which will create a new account for billing. 

 

Bank statements will show as "FS* canvasgfx" for your subscriptions with VectorXDraw or Vector GFX.
