Vector GFX Support Policy Summary: Stay Current!
To ensure you are running the most secure, stable, and feature-rich version of Vector GFX, we maintain a clear N-1 Support Model. This means we focus our resources on supporting the latest technology, giving you the best possible experience.
Our Commitment: The N-1 Support Model
We actively support only two major versions of Vector GFX at any given time:
1. The Current Major Version (N):
o Full Support: Receives all new features, general bug fixes, and critical security patches.
o We highly recommend all customers run this version.
2. The Immediately Preceding Major Version (N-1):
o Limited Support: Receives only critical security patches and essential bug fixes. No new features or general maintenance releases will be developed for this version.

Current | V6.0 | Full | All updates and new features. |
Preceding | V5.0 | Limited | Critical fixes only. Time to plan your upgrade. |
End-Of-Life | V4x and older | None | No technical support or security patches. |
What Happens at End-of-Life (EOL)?
