How Far Back is Canvas Supported?
Overview: Canvas offers formal support for customers on the current and the previous version of all products. If supported, download links will be displayed in our Support page.
Applies To: Canvas X, Canvas X Geo, Canvas X3, Canvas X Draw
Steps To Access Supported Canvas installers:
1. Go to the Canvas Support page: https://www.canvasgfx.com/support/
2. Locate and click on the Canvas X Product you currently have:
3. Scroll down to see all of the download links.
4. Once you click a link, the download will start immediately.
Note: Versions prior to Canvas X 2019 for Windows and Canvas Draw 6 for Mac are legacy versions which are no longer supported. Download links will only be available in your Canvas ID Portal for supported versions, if previously registered. Customer Care will not be able to provide download links for legacy versions. Please contact Sales@canvasgfx.com for upgrade options.
