How to reset your Canvas ID Password
Overview: Forgotten your password? Below are steps to recover it.
Applies To: Canvas X, Canvas X Geo, Canvas X3, Canvas X Draw
Steps to Perform:
1. Go to the CanvasID User Portal here: https://cvidportal.canvasgfx.com/login
2. Click on "Forgot your password? and input your CanvasID email. Click Submit.
3. An email has been sent that contains a password recovery link. Please click the link in your email to continue the password recovery process.
4. Enter your new password in the fields listed below. Click Submit.
5. Your Password is now reset. Log out of the CanvasID Portal and log back in using your newly created password to confirm.
