How to Deactivate a Subscription License Seat
Overview: Deactivating a subscription seat is useful in the event that you would like to install Canvas on a new device or free up available seats.
Applies To: Canvas X, Canvas X Geo, Canvas X3, Canvas X Draw
Steps To Perform:
1. Go to https://cvidportal.canvasgfx.com/login and log into your CanvasID.
2. Click My Apps.
3. Scroll down to the My Plans section. Notice the Available Installs. Select your Canvas X Subscription and select "Plan Details".
4. Click "Deactivate" next to the device you wish to disable.
5. Confirm your selection by clicking "Yes, I want to deactivate this machine."
6. Your device is now deactivated and you now have a newly Available Install.
