How To move a Subscription from one computer to another

Overview: You have the ability to move your Canvas Subscription from one computer to another, in the event your computer stops working or if you buy a new one. 


Applies To: Canvas X Draw (Mac/Win), Canvas X Geo

Steps To Perform:

1. Uninstall Canvas from the computer to be deactivated, if possible.

2. Log into the user portal: https://vectorid.net (or the old portal at https://cvidportal.canvasgfx.com/)



3. Click My Apps.




4. Scroll down to the My Plans section. Notice the Available Installs. Select your Canvas X Subscription and select "Plan Details".


5. Click Deactivate on the computer to be deactivated. 



6. Confirm your selection by clicking "Yes, I want to deactivate this machine."


7. Your device is now deactivated and you now have a newly Available Install.
