How do I locate the installer for my copy of Canvas?

Overview: Have you misplaced your Canvas installer? Please review the different steps below to access download links.

Applies To: Canvas X, Canvas X Geo, Canvas X Draw

Steps To Locate:

1. If Canvas was recently purchased, the download information will be listed in your confirmation of order email.

2. Log into your Canvas ID Portal. Once logged in, all purchased and activated copies of Canvas will be listed, including license info and download links.

3. Visit our Product Support page, select your Canvas X product and scroll down to locate the applicable version. Under the System Requirements | Software, the download links will be listed.

4. Contact Customer Care to create a Support Ticket. 

Note: Versions prior to Canvas X 2018 for Windows and Canvas Draw 5 for Mac are legacy versions which are no longer supported. Download links will not be available in your Canvas ID Portal for these legacy versions. Customer Care will not be able to provide download links for legacy versions. Please contact Sales@canvasgfx.com for upgrade options.
